My app wasn't working this morning and kept crashing so I deleted it and re-downloaded. When I went back on it's told me to restore my chats from iCloud. It downloads then finishes. Gets to 99% on "finishing" and doesn't do anything else. I have deleted again and started again and still the same. I need to get on as I know people have sent me messages.
